最近于纽约Kingston开业的Blackcreek Mercantile木作坊，其主人Joshua Vogel是一位对木头有着特殊感情的雕塑家。在他的眼里，木头有声音，会呼吸，每一片木屑都有一种零碎美。同样，在树的生长过程中，年轮的延续与枝叶的伸展述说着坚韧与时间的故事。“Wood is a living material, I don’t know many other things like that— that are so fundamental to our lives.”
