Volkswagen has drawn inspiration from the Bourne and Matrix movies for a TV ad to promote the new VW Golf that features a car designer having a series of vicious running fights with sinister clones. The TV ad, created by ad agency DDB London, opens in the German VW factory where the Golf is made, in the chief designer's office. The action is set to MJ Lan's remix of Keine Melodien. Media planning and buying has been handled by Mediacom, with production by Stink and post-production by The Mill.
